Onsite Office Hours
Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

If you need assistance outside of office hours, a 24-hour call center is available and can contact our team for urgent needs. Please call our after-hours answering service at 941-782-1559

Only service animals are permitted and must be registered with the office prior to arrival.

Each unit has one designated parking spot. Additional cars or guests should park only in designated guest parking spaces.

There are no elevators in the buildings.

• To unlock: Enter your code, then press the checkmark
• To lock: Press the Yale button only
• After 3 incorrect attempts, the lock will shut down temporarily
• Wait approximately 5 minutes, then try again

⚠️ Some units require you to pull the door handle toward you before entering the code to unlock or before pressing the Yale button to lock.

Each unit will be fully equipped to prepare all meals within the condo. There is a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave in each unit. All cookware, blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and silverware are provided.  

To get you settled, each unit includes a complimentary starter pack:  
Kitchen:

•2 dishwasher pods
•2 K-Cups
 
Bathroom:
•Toilet paper
•Shampoo
•Conditioner
•Body wash
•Lotion
•Cleansing bar
 
Starter supplies are not replenished during your stay.  

Sheets and towels are provided, including towels for the beach.  

Each condo has a drying rack on the lanai for swimsuits and towels, and beach chairs are provided to take to the beach.

Smoking is permitted in smoking area only.

Each unit has a Keurig type coffee maker and includes 2 K-Cups.

Yes, beach towels are provided at the office.

No. We have laundry facilities located on both the first and second floors of each building.

• Complimentary Wi‑Fi is available in all units, Check your electronic guidebook for your Wi-Fi information.
• Pool‑area Wi‑Fi access is also available with the provided password

The walk from the front of the community to the sand is approximately 1,000 feet and typically takes 5 minutes.

No, the beach is public, but there is plenty of room for everyone.

The pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and is heated.

There are lounge chairs available at the pool.

There is 1 propane grill near the pool.
Grill is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please clean the grill after use.

Golf carts are allowed with the following requirements:
• Must be parked in the unit parking spot
• Must display a parking pass

Motorcycles and scooters are not permitted on the property.

Boats, trailers, and motor homes are not allowed on the property.

Most of the Sanibel Island restaurants and shopping centers are on Periwinkle Way, which is the main east-west road through Sanibel. Of our East End neighbors, we recommend breakfast at the Lighthouse Café or the grouper sandwich at Gramma Dot’s/Sanibel Marina.

Sanibel boasts the perfect combination of beautiful beaches and an endless supply of engaging things to see and do. In addition to the miles of beaches, Sanibel has 24 miles of paved bike paths. There are two golf courses, a number of boat excursions, fishing charters, and kayak and paddleboard rentals available on the island. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, the Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum, the Historical Village, Captiva Village, and CROW Wildlife Refuge are open to the public. Have we mentioned shelling? Junonia? Lions Paw? Baby’s Ear? All have been found while shelling near the Colony Inn!
