The spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun, with plenty of cozy seating for movie nights, conversations, or simply unwinding in true island style. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for preparing everything from beach-day snacks to family meals.

The primary bedroom offers a calming escape with two double-size bed, perfect for restful nights after exploring all that Sanibel Island has to offer. For additional sleeping arrangements there is a queen sleeper sofa. 

Whether you’re spending your days lounging on the beach, searching for seashells along the shoreline, or enjoying breathtaking sunset views over the Gulf, this coastal retreat is the perfect place to make lasting vacation memories.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets. 

Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor of both buildings for guest use.

Please Note : We’re continuing our efforts to maintain and improve the property with enhancements taking place at Building 2 from May 4th through end of June 2026. During this time Building 2 is closed. Work will be conducted Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to approximately 3:30 PM. 
 
Guests in Building 1 and around the pool area should experience minimal impact, though occasional daytime renovation noise may be heard. For safety, some areas of the grounds may be temporarily restricted while work is underway.
