Inside, you’ll find a bright and comfortable space designed with family time in mind. The spacious living area offers plenty of room to gather after a full day of beach adventures—whether you’re watching a movie together, playing games, or simply relaxing and sharing stories from the day. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances makes it easy to prepare family meals, pack picnic lunches for the beach, or enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out to explore.

The primary bedroom features two comfortable double beds, offering a cozy and restful space for a good night’s sleep after sunny days in the sand and surf. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, making this unit ideal for families and small groups traveling together.

From sunrise beach walks to sunset skies over the Gulf, Colony Inn Unit 11 is a welcoming place where families can slow down, reconnect, and create unforgettable island memories together.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets. 

Laundry facilities are conveniently located on each floor of both buildings for guest use.

Please Note : We’re continuing our efforts to maintain and improve the property with enhancements taking place at Building 2 from May 4th through end of June 2026. During this time Building 2 is closed. Work will be conducted Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to approximately 3:30 PM. 
 
Guests in Building 1 and around the pool area should experience minimal impact, though occasional daytime renovation noise may be heard. For safety, some areas of the grounds may be temporarily restricted while work is underway.
